Francophonie

"Francophone", means ""French speaking countries" or "French speaking populations". Francophone week started since 20 March 1988, the International Day of La Francophonie celebrates our language throughout the world. Celebrating La Francophonie is recognizing the potential of language and culture to unite people, to create spaces of solidarity and mutual understanding, to reflect together on our common future. Some of the francophone activities are acting in a play with our friends, involve poetry and art exhibitions.

“Francophone”意为“法语国家”或“法语人口”。1988年3月20日，第一个法语国家周被举办。自它的诞生之日起，国际法语日Journée internationale de la Francophonie就已然在全世界范围内成为了庆祝法语以及法国文化的重要节日。国际法语日不仅是法语使用者自己的文化嘉年华，更是一个世界性的交流盛宴。不同国家的人都能在这个独特的庆典中携手同聚，增进理解，畅想我们共同的未来。在一周的时间里，世界各地的人们齐聚一堂，与朋友一起用法语朗诵诗歌，表演话剧，举办各类艺术展览。而在上海宋庆龄学校国际部中学，所有师生们也积极热情地欢迎着这个节日的到来。

"Francophone", signifie "pays francophones" ou "populations francophones". La Semaine de la francophonie a commencé depuis le 20 mars 1988, la Journée internationale de la Francophonie célèbre notre langue à travers le monde. Célébrer la Francophonie, c'est reconnaître le potentiel de la langue et de la culture. pour unir les gens, pour créer des espaces de solidarité et de compréhension mutuelle, pour réfléchir ensemble à notre avenir commun. Certaines des activités francophones incluent des pièces de théâtre avec nos amis, impliquent la poésie et des expositions d'art.

Bonjour! How is it lately? The only thing I know is that it's the Francophone Week! During the Wednesday assembly, we prepared a special show "Déguisez-vous!" Meaning "Dress up" about a special carnival.

Not only that, I believe that our Social Studies classes would be switching teachers around, teaching about French cultures and histories...There would also be posters all around the campus about different Francophone countries: Belgium, Lousiana, Quebec prepared among our groups. Have fun during the Francophone week!!!

Bonjour! Comment ça va? 这个星期三是一个特别的日子——在这一天，来自巴黎的色彩在每一间教室里熠熠生辉，国际部中学换上了新的装扮。

从走廊上张贴的海报到师生们的打扮，随处可见浓浓的异国情调：法国，比利时，路易斯安那，魁北克……这是国际部中学的学生们精心策划的“Déguisez-vous！” 节目，意为“装扮”。不论年级与地域，每个人都兴奋地翘首期盼这场特别的嘉年华。

Bonjour! Comment ça va? La seule chose que je sais, c’est que c’est la Semaine de la Francophonie! Au cours de l’assemblée du mercredi, nous avons préparé un spectacle spécial «Déguisez-vous!» qui signifie «s’habiller» sur un thème de carnaval spécial.

De plus, je crois que nos classes de sciences sociales changeraient d’enseignants, enseigneraient les cultures et l’ histoire française... Il y aurait aussi des affiches partout sur le campus sur différents pays francophones: Belgique, Louisiane, Québec préparées parmi nos groupes. Amusez-vous bien pendant la semaine Francophone!

Let's interview some of our French members in Grade 7 about how they think about French week:

Pearl:"I want to learn more about the traditions and costumes of the French! French food seems delicious too."

Wendy:"Its a tiring week, but I am still excited for all of this stuff. I will go online searching about French Cultures."

Angelynn: "Let's celebrate, eat and speak French with our friends! I am very very excited for the francophone week!"

在法语文化周的庆祝和活动当中，最开心的莫过于那些拥有法语背景以及学习法语的学生了，我们采访了几名7年级的学生：

Pearl：“我特别想更多的了解法国的传统文化及服饰！法国菜也好好吃哦。”

Wendy：“这是非常忙碌的一周，不过直到现在我们依然还很兴奋。我不会停下继续学习和探索法国文化的脚步的。”

Angelynn：“让我们一起来庆祝、一起享受法国美食、一起说法语吧！法语周真的太开心了！”

Interviewons certains de nos membres français en 7e année sur la façon dont ils pensent de la semaine du français:

Pearl: "Je veux en savoir plus sur les traditions et les costumes des français! La cuisine française semble aussi délicieuse."

Wendy: "C'est une semaine fatigante, mais je suis toujours enthousiaste pour tout ce genre de choses. Je vais faire des recherches en ligne sur les Cultures françaises."

Angelynn : "Célébrons, mangeons et parlons français avec nos amis ! Je suis très très enthousiaste pour la semaine francophone!"

In the week of Francophonie (a.k.a. French week), every grade prepared a fascinating show.

At the start of the assembly, the wonderful people in the 10th grade sang and performed a song "Beauty and the Beast" in French. Grade 6 raised the flags of all French-speaking countries, such as France, Canada, Switzerland... Then, the Grade 7 performed a poem in the form of a drama "Déguisez-vous!"

在法语周的庆祝活动中，每个年级的学生们都精心准备了各种精彩的演出。

在法语嘉年华活动的开场，十年级的学生们为大家带来了一首法语歌曲《美女与野兽》，在宛转动人的旋律中，学生们尽情展示着法语这种语言的魅力。六年级的学生们也不遑多让，罗列与收集了所有法语国家的国旗，并且在典礼上将它们缓缓升起。用这种严肃而不失有趣的科普方式，他们向所有人展示了法语的意义不仅只是一种欧洲的语言，更是一个分布范围遍布全世界，对文化与历史产生了重大影响的文化载体。说到文化，法语国家的艺术最是举世闻名。无论是古老的戏剧、诗歌还是现代的电影，处处可见这种浪漫语言的影响。国际部中学的学生们创新性地打破了艺术的壁垒：七年级的学生们以话剧形式表演了诗歌《Déguisez-vous!》。

Lors de la semaine de la Francophonie (a.k.a. French week), chaque classe a préparé un spectacle fascinant.

Au début de l'assemblée, les merveilleuses personnes de la 10e année ont chanté et interprété une chanson "La Belle et la Bête" en français. Les élèves de 6e ont hissé les drapeaux de tous les pays francophones, comme la France, le Canada, la Suisse... Ensuite, les élèves de 7e ont interprété un poème sous forme de pièce de théâtre « Déguisez-vous ! .

The eighth grade and ninth grade dubbed movies into French in the form of groups, such as the very classic part in the Titanic or the part in Harry Potter where Dobby came to Harry’s house to find him.

The Grade 10s (again!!) also brought us their drama performance. Finally, everyone gathered in the center of the stage and danced happily.

除此之外，八年级与九年级的同学们则选择了一种更加新潮的表演形式——法语配音大赛。学生们组成小组，争相为经典的电影片段配音。每个小组都充分发挥着自己的语言知识与灵感，将这些令人印象深刻的经典台词翻译成法语，加以表演配音。学生们节选的电影片段中包括詹姆斯·卡梅隆的《泰坦尼克号》以及《哈利波特与密室》。这些大家耳熟能详的经典被译成另外一种语言，并由身边的同学们重新演绎出来，这对所有人来说无疑是一种新奇的体验，也是一种对文化进行解析与再创作的学习过程。而十年级的同学们也再次登台，用全新的姿态为我们带来了他们自编自导的戏剧表演。

在法语文化周嘉年华的尾声，全体演职人员都步入了舞台中央。伴随着法国传统音乐，来自不同文化背景的学生与老师们手牵着手舞蹈，尽情地享受着嘉年华带来的快乐与喜悦。国际法语日的意义绝不仅仅局限于让法语使用者提升文化自信——它更是一个世界性的交流的舞台。通过这样的活动，国际部中学的学子们深切地体验到语言与文化的魅力，礼赞世界文化的多样性，不同背景的人都得以打破文化的壁垒。愿这一天喧嚣的喜悦能化为国际部中学学子美好的回忆，也愿他们以一颗开放包容之心，在世界的舞台上扬帆远航！Merci, et au revoir!

La huitième et la neuvième ont doublé des films en français sous forme de groupes, comme la partie très classique dans le Titanic ou la partie dans Harry Potter où Dobby est venu chez Harry pour le retrouver.

Les élèves de 10e année (encore!) nous ont également apporté leur performance théâtrale. Finalement, tout le monde s'est réuni au centre de la scène et a dansé joyeusement.
