1.Working parent holds a foreign passport with alien employment permit in Shanghai
2.Family is from Hong Kong or Macau or Taiwan and working in Shanghai
3.Parent is a PRC passport holder but student has a foreign birth certificate
4.Family holds a SHMEC waiver letter

1.It is unnecessary to work with any agencies or training centers to apply to Soong Ching Ling School and we do not charge any registration fee during the application.
